well... it´s imposible..I can´t use FAX in XDAII. kse true fax demo 2.06 not work!
i´ve got a fax number added to my phone number..but ! don´t receive fax.. JODER!! CAGON TO!! <-- BAD WORDS IN SPANISH :lol:
please a soluttion.. don´t mind to pay..but i need fax in my pretty and fantastic xDaII

I feel like the original poster too....regarding the Faxing problem on the XDA2....can someone please offer a solution....and the ability to send excel faxes not just word documents.

I just took the KSE-Truefax CAB-File from the new BETA-Rom (is it legal ?) and installed it. It works very fine, sending and receiving.
So may be this is the solution You are looking for.

I did start the ROM Flashing process, but I get a country code error
I did read about code error and editing the ROM using tools (provided in this forum)
But let me tell you : for me it's like Chinese. I can't manage to do it.
Is there a nice guy in Belgium, willing to help me? I can drive anywhere, to get HELP :-(

I personally feel that when that many users report their good/bad experiences with the WM2003SE on their XDA2; it should prove that it tis possible..
But you might very well be correct; there might not be a single straight "Yes"..

But now I have a great XDA II, with WIN2003 SE with a nice O2 EXT ROM and some nice prog like INTELLIPAD and INTELLIDIALER

Imate Roms on ftp?

I have had a look around on the ftp but cant seem to make heads or tails on the imate roms? The Qtek rom is pretty straight forward and yes I kinda have surfed through all the wiki's etc and cant seem to find much info.
So if someone could post a direct link to the latest imate rom (sorry if its sounds like I am been lazy) ideally an exe as I am not 100% sure on using awizard etc.

Yes a lot of things screwed after the forum migrations. I already asked the site admins if there's a way to fix it, so they are aware of it and I hope will fix it soon.

Maybe nice to add to the WIKI: I've got me a brand new Vario II sr 642F, so far problem free, stylus feels perfect when pulling out, keybord is smooth yet firm and tidly around all corners... no problems yet... knock on wood

one question though guys that i wouldnt mind answered... Im in australia and looking at buying a TyTn but obviously HTC arent supplying them directly, so its IMATE or DOPOD, now DOPOD are saying their model is Bluetooth 2.0 and IMATE says theirs is 1.2, but arent these the same devices the JASJAM and 838Pro??

I have a french SPV M3100.
I've seen on wiki page ( http://wiki.xda-developers.com/index.php?pagename=Hermes_ExtendedRoms ) that it was missing french SPV M3100 extended rom.
I don't know if that can be of any help, but I've retrieved these files out of the SPV.
Would it be interesting for anyone to have these files uploaded to the xda ftp ?
Unfortunatly, I can't get access to the ftp (timeout), might be because, at work, I have a proxy that might block ftp access.
But tell me, I should be able to do it @ home.

There may be freeware ways of doing this but I have used this and I've just tested it on the Hermes wiki with a link depth of 2 and it worked fine. It has a trial period and a free download so nothing lost if it's not what you're looking for:

First off, Welcome to The Forum
And for you're question, I can see it here no problem. Is it just the wiki that's not loading? If you're running Firefox and have NoScript or any other "Security" tool then check that it is not blocking anything?!

I don't see what this has to do with the missing wiki. You'd get a better response from the board if you put this in a new thread.
If you go back to the main HERMES thread (which is where this message is at and click on the

Did u read the xda rules? U remember something about "first search, then ask"?
And nobody flamed him, that were just jokes. U will know what flaming is when P1Tater or NotATreoFan would show up.
