XDA II as modem for internet via PC

I'm a newbie, I need a help for connecting xda II to internet via PC, Do I have to download some program? or what is wireless modem, because it's not ready in my xda II, I checked.

Qtek 8020 As USB Modem

I want to use my smartphone as GPRS modem via IrDA. But I don't know how I can install my smartphone as modem on my Windows 98.
As alternative - USB GPRS modem. But I can't install driver USBMDM.INF (from CD with smartphone).
Please, help!

I am an S100 owner and I would like to install in my new notebook 2 O.S.:
- Vista 64bit
- Ubuntu 32 Bit
My question: Are there any driver to
- SYNCH
- HTC MODEM DRIVER USB
for these O.S.?
Are there tutorial to follow to Synchronizing and using S100 as Modem?

please help me for HTC Touch Pro HSDPA Connection in Windows 7
i was trying but i couldnt find the modem driver of HTC in windows 7
when i connect my phone with USB its automaticly sync with windows mobile software but in System properties The Windows Mobile Modem i couldnt see
i think this is modem driver problem
