Can anyone post the original xda2 mini splash screen for me?

The O2 screen that you have provided appears to be the one that comes with the O2 XDA. I have this one and I would also love the original. The mini came with a entirely different splashscreen that had the water droplets and the O2 symbol in different position. The background colour was also of a darker coloured blue.

Hi,
I have an XDA II and after an unfotunate dropping incident it ended up with a badly broken LCD. I purchased a screen from an orange m1000 from a chap on here.
When i recieved the screen i realised that they are slightly different part numbers:
o2 xdaII- 60H00022-00
M1000-60H00011-00
The connector also appear to be different and the orange one is slightly bigger.
Is there anyway the orange screen can be modified to fir the xda II?

My Prophet has been proved to be quite durable. It has fallen down quite a few times and still operates normally. Yet, these misfortunes have produces slight deformations to its scratch resistant metallic surface (in some parts the black color has goen away and the metallic color below is revealed)..
Therefore I was wondering:
a. Whether I can find another frame/case? (I Don't care for the provider)
b. Can change it on my own (no sending to the service-man required)
c. Whether I can use other colors (e.g. blue, or piano black etc) - dopod comes in 5 colors - XDA has been resealed in piano white..
If anyone has any info on these I would really appreciate it..

You might have better luck asking in the Wizard Forum.
I believe that same site offers cases for the Wizard as well...look around and you should find it.
o2 mini no didplay and no light in keypad and display but work ok when charge connet no light also come have change display but same please help me out

well looks like you damaged the first screen, then bought a incompatible screen and tried to fit that on.
You can try find the replacement screen, theres 2 versions, a black cable one and the non black one, check the wikki.
I had the same experience, i fixed it by sending it back to o2 themselves.

just cracked the screen on my 02 orbit when my daughter sat on it, definately the screen as the screen has a crack line along it and only lights up (can get incomming calles and touch pads seems to respond but only a white screen with lines)..
q1. does anyone know how to take apart an o2 orbit or point me in the right direction
q2. will screens from other phones such as the mda compact or any others work on this phone if i were to buy one or do i need an orbit specific screen.
q3. where i can get a screen from?

I've just bougt myself a MDA Vario from someone who tried to upgrade it and screwed up his phone. After reading some treads on xda-developers I've fixed the phone . Now I've got a cheap Wizard but with a little problem.
When I've got the phone closed the colours on the display are normal. But when I slide out the keyboard and the sceen flips horizontal, than I get less colours. It's similar with a normal PC that that's changed to 265 colours mode.
The phone is flashed with the latest carrier rom.
Who can help me with this problem ?

I just find out that this problem has to do with a broken flatcable. I searched on Ebay for a replaceable flatcable but I can't find one. Does anybode knows where I can order a new one ?
