You can try database explorer -http://www.sweb.cz/eXEden/Download/CeDbExplorer.ARM.CAB.

Hello,
I'm trying to edit the .nb radio files to reduce the maximum Tx power of them. I've tried reading the .nb file in TFAT Image Editor or htcRIE without success.
The first one crashes while the other says its an unsuitable image format.
Anyone providing assistance in editing a radio file would be appreciated greatly.
Just curious - is it safe to delete files in Windows directory, files that can be found out of folders, and which of them? I find 629 files that are out of folders in that directory which is 22 MB of free space - if it would be safe to delete it... I have no idea what is their purpose, and would be much obliged if someone who is certain in his/her knowledge would answer me on this one...Of course, I'm well aware that those files are indeed part of Windows, and that many of them are necessary for the proper functionality of OS, or programs currently installed, but there must be tones of junk files, and I'd like to know where can I find some info about useless/important files of that type. I'm not asking this because I have issues with low device memory - cause I don't, I always have about 70 MB of free space in device memory. But, I've noticed that the number of these files is increasing all the time, even when no new programs are being installed ... For any info - thanks in advance
