Dear XDA Developers #....,
I'm having the same problem with my T-Mobile MDA, after flashing using the Old Version of XDArit, try to flash with O2 Rom 3.14.13 before the release of your XDA SER v1.0 or V1.1.
Now the bootloader boots, show GSM OK and frezze.
Do you think with the new version of XDArit, I be able to flash back the bootloader v5.15 and your new XDA SER v1.1 to the SD Card and boots the MDA with it ?
Please advice.

Try downloading xdatools, run it on your desktop pc and choose "fix broken bootloader".

ooo thanks men, bat i have are problem to whit the xdatools (fix broken bootloader), dear file whot the programm create, ist not found or Microsoft ActiveSync is in ar not correct for this software XDA it fix broken bootloader.
My Origenal Software CD for XDA I is broken. mabby i don't have the correctly Microsoft ActiveSync.
I now i have a bootloader whit the version 5.14 . Can't you send my please the bootload ROM or other ROM version to use XDA I (O2 German)?

You can download Microsoft ActiveSync from microsoft web site.
I can fix your broken bootloader, you could have a good sleep!

Hi, i tried to upload XDA special rom and update failed, now i can enter in Wallaby bootloader (5.22) and says gsm ok. Is pw10a1
My question is how to make it work again. Before upgrade, i made a backup in sd card, but don´t know how to restore...
Off course, pda can´t connect with activesync.
Now i want to know how to restore ROM with spanish lang.

Hi to all,
It seems that I have very comlicated situation. Firstly, I have flashed my german rom with extended customized rom and now i am stucked at my O2 screen and nothing happens. I can just enter to boot loader mode. When I enter to boot loader mode and when I want to flash with HTC od DOPOD or any wwe rom I get eror 244 - no valid ID.... I can not use my XDA orbit any more or boot it to windows so I would really like someone to transfer to me his experience. Please help.
...or please if you know where to find Xda orbit GErman rom to download. Since no one can update to WWE his non WWE rom I would like just to make my Xda usable with old German one. Hmmm, ironicly NOW I CAN not find that german rom to download... Please Help!

i cant quite follow on what you mean by "flashed my german rom with extended customized rom".
did you fiddle with your extrom or what?
nevertheless, eror 244 - no valid ID, means you are flashing an incompatible rom. this is due to your machine only accepting o2 xda machine code roms. only way to get passed this is to acquire supercid, meaning unlocking your machine via http://www.imei-check.co.uk/c3unlock.php
in order to flash the htc or dopod roms.
since there is no o2 xda rom around, akaik, you will not be able to regain your system, unless you are able to flash an alternative rom, which needs you to be supercid. havent heard of anyone being able to dump a rom properly yet, neither being able to reflash it to another machine

this radio version installed is 4.17.00
but, the signal is quite poor, only 1-2bar...and it cannot connect GPRS...
before i upgrade the rom, the signal is very good...and it was easy to connect GPRS...

but it shown : "cannot find the ROM image to upgrade your Pocket PC. Pls dload n try again"...and in command prompt, it shown : "nbf directory not found in c:/.../..."

Try doawnloading it once again. There was an error in the File.
Or extract the EXE-File manually with winzip, and copy the nbf file out of the direcotry German into the directory English.......

so i didn't loose my contact...
now the problem is the poor signal this xda have...
how to tune up this poor signal?
btw, after upgrade, my xda had a change in model number, it used to have PW10A1, but after upgrade, it become PW10B1. Did that model number change is one of the factors that make the signal poor?

i have installed my XDA with new rom in www.romkithen.de... yeah, tmobile rom i think... many bug in this rom!!!

futhermore... when i wrote patch tool(.nb2) with xdarit, it says no removable disk in my computer, i have plug in my sdcard to my computer(Notebook)... and when i have wrote it and restart my notebook..... I have lost my WINDOWS XP and all data in my harddisk... no found OS in my device,

So anybody help for this. who have software to write ROM to SDcard by card reader or rom upgrade for XDA that used only bootloader not ActiveSyn because XDATool requested ActiveSyn for work but now my Device can use only bootloader.

You need to be under bootloader to flash from SD card. There are detailed instructions on how to do this in the Wiki. Good luck!
